When you're going after something new and different for yourself, it can feel very exciting! But working out what that is, and how to go about it, getting things happening and staying on track can also feel like a lot! And even a little bit...lonely.
As your coach, I'll help you ground into what you really want, and untangle that from what you did want, think you should want, or what other people want for (and from) you. I'll work with you to go after whatever you want, and make your life whatever you want it to be.
I'll be right with there with you, jogging alongside with a towel and a water bottle, to help you navigate your journey, cheer you on, and celebrate everything you achieve.

Tuesday 10th June 1-2.15 pm
St Lukes 72 Elizabeth St Hobart
This fun and interactive workshop will help you prepare for the colder months ahead with a renewed sense of energy and well-being. Whether you're looking to destress, learn new self-care techniques, or simply enjoy some time for yourself, this event provides a great way to connect with taking care of yourself and using the winter months to rest, recharge and reinvigorate. First we'll explore how shorter days, Winter weather and more time indoors change how we use and restore the seven types of energy ‘batteries’ we use to function. Then we’ll develop a Recharge plan of strategies you can use to recharge (and even supercharge!) your batteries over Winter.

Sometimes, feeling more connected to others comes down to using the right love language. Love languages are the ways we prefer to show affection and care for others, and the way we prefer them to show affection and care to us.
In this workshop we'll explore how you can use love languages to deepen your connections with partners, friends and family.
We'll start by exploring the different types of love languages, so you can work out love languages you most like to speak to others, and what languages feel most loving to you. We'll consider what love languages the people you love speak, and like to be spoken to them. Then we'll bring these ideas together to generate some new insights about how you could use love languages to connect with those you love in ways that make you each feel loving and loved.

Sometimes, we don't feel safe to admit we don't know things, to ask questions or ask for help, or that we need someone to do something differently. To do that, we need to feel psychologically safe with the person we're talking to, and the conversation we're in.
In this workshop, we'll explore what psychological safety is, how it impacts us, and how we can create psychological safety in conversations.
You'll also learn to use a conversation model you can use to ask for what you need in ways that feel safe for you, and to help others feel heard and safe in conversations with you.
