I offer several forms of one-on-one coaching support - and a range of pricing options - so that you can choose the support that will best help you feel excited and confident about going after what you want for yourself.
However we work together, my goal is to help you feel proud of yourself for honouring what you want, and taking steps to go after it. I’m here to help you feel supported and, when you need it, reassured that I am right here with you to help you work through whatever you need to, and go after whatever you want to. You can feel however you feel. You can say whatever you have to say. I’ve got your back, and I’m at standing right behind your shoulder. I can handle whatever comes up, or wherever you’re at. I can handle big feelings, and I can handle hard situations.
As your coach, I’m here to create a safe and quiet space for you, to focus on what you want, and what you want to happen next. I’m here to help you feel clear about what you want, and how you want to go after it in ways that feel safe and authentic to you.
I’m here to help you feel seen, and heard, and understood, and that you have someone on your side, jogging alongside with a towel and a water bottle, to help you navigate your journey, cheer you on, and bear witness to what you achieve.

Because the most important thing - in any work you do with a coach - is that you feel safe and comfortable to be open and honest and authentic about where you're at, what you want to go after for yourself, and how you feel.
So the best way you for you to know if I'm the right coach for you is to see if you feel that way with me.
For that reason, all of my coaching services include a free 30 minute discovery call so we can explore together what you want to achieve, how I can support you with that, and whether we feel like a good fit as a coaching partnership.
And if we do, that's wonderful! But if talking together helps you realise there is someone else you’d feel even more comfortable working with, then that is completely OK!
Shine A Light consultations are a single, extended session to explore one specific issue or change you want to address and move forward with.
For those times when you want to:
Unpack what you think and feel about it
Develop strategies to tackle the situation
Feel confident and comfortable about the approach you want to take
But you're not sure you need a whole coaching series
During a 3 or 6 month coaching series I provide dedicated ongoing support to help you embed the changes you want to make.
We will:
Explore together where you’re at now, and where you want to be by the time you complete your coaching series.
Develop and implement a bespoke plan of action so you can make the changes you want to make in the ways that feel most right for you.
Celebrate you and what you’re achieving for yourself, the whole way!
Momentum sessions are regular check-ins after you finish a coaching series to help you keep moving forward.
For those times when you want to:
Tap back into some accountability and support.
Sense-check how you want to move forward
Share your progress with someone who deeply understands what it has taken for you to get here
Celebrate and fully own and enjoy your wins (and not feel like you have to play them down)!
I have one specific issue or challenge or change I want to move forward with, but I can’t find the time and energy (and peace and quiet!) to focus on it. I need a ‘time out’ bubble so I can focus on what I want, and how I want to achieve it.
I have so much going on in my head, I can’t hear myself think! I need to talk it all out with someone so I can figure out where I’m even at these days.
Once I know what I’m doing, I’m great at putting a plan into action. I just need some help to set my direction and my course.
I like the idea of having support, but I’m not sure I need the ongoing support of a full coaching series.

My Shine a Light Package is designed to support you to unpack one specific issue you want to address and move forward on.
We'll do that by:
Talking out what you wish was different, or how you want things to change

And then I'll cheer for you as you step into the light, and as you bow off stage afterwards
When we team up to Shine a Light:
I'll send you a pre-session questionnaire to get you thinking about what you want to explore or change in our work together.
We'll then spend 2 hours in an online consultation session digging into what you want to change, and developing strategies you can use to move things forward
One month after our consultation (or sooner, if you prefer) we check in for a 30 minute online follow-up session to review and celebrate what you’ve achieved

To get more grounded in what you really want, and untangle that from what you did want, think you should want, or what other people want for (and from) you

The Phoenix Rising coaching series is designed to provide ongoing support to embed the changes you want for your life.
We'll do that by:
Exploring where you’re at now, and what you want to feel, be and do by the time you complete your coaching series.
Diving deeper into what you truly want for yourself – how you want things to be and feel, but also how you want to make that happen.
Developing and implementing a bespoke plan of action so you can make the changes you want to make in the ways that feel most right for you. That includes creating the space and opportunity for you to be a bit playful and try experimenting with different ways to achieve what you want to see which ones work - and feel - the best for you.
Celebrating you and what you’re achieving for yourself the whole way.
Before we begin your coaching series, I'll provide a pre-coaching questionnaire that will guide you to explore how you would like to flourish, and especially, how you’d like to be clearer about what you want to feel, and be and do, how you’d like to take action to go after that for yourself, and the joy and joyousness you want to feel when you do.
During our series, we will get together for a 60-90 minute online consultation session every fortnight (6 sessions over 3 months or 12 sessions over 6 months) in which we work out what you want to achieve through our work together, develop the strategies and actions you can use to move things forward, and celebrate what you’re achieving as you create the experience of life you want to have
Between sessions, I provide ongoing support via
email and / or voicenote,
worksheets I write to help you achieve clarity, take action, and embed the changes you want for your life, and
an online coaching journal you can use to share your progress, reflections, wins and challenges with me – or ask questions and ask for help - between our live sessions
and you
The Momentum package is designed to make it possible for you to tap back into my support as you continue your journey after you have achieved the goals for your coaching series.
We do that by checking in regularly over a three month period so you can use that accountability to keep moving forward
The Momentum series begins with a 30-minute discovery call held via phone or Zoom to explore what you want to achieve with Momentum support.
Over the next three months via
one 90-minute live support session (or two 45-minute live support sessions) per month conducted via Zoom
we then check in so you can update me on how you re going and we can celebrate your progress.
