Hi, I'm Megan Woods, the founder and heart of Flourishing Phoenixes.
I created Flourishing Phoenixes because I am passionate about helping people and organisations to feel - and be - psychologically safer. To help people flourish and thrive after toxic and depleting experiences. To create more positive and mentally-healthy workplaces and experiences of work. And most especially, to more safely and successfully support return-to-work from mental ill-health.
With over 20 years of experience as an academic, a researcher, a consultant and now a coach, I bring both my professional expertise and my lived experience of workplace mental health, psychological safety and return-to-work processes to every client and workplace I support. My work combines deep research and evidence-based strategies with genuine understanding and practical solutions to create meaningful change and help people - and workplaces -flourish.
I'm here to help you move forward with confidence, and I'll walk alongside you every step of the way.
